Conditions of use

1.  The price of each product is displayed with the product.

 

2.  Prices on imported products may change without prior notice

 

3. Should any items be out of stock or any delays occur, Candylicious will make every effort to inform  the  buyer, and  suggest a  similar product .

 

4. Please make sure to include correct contact number and e-mail address .

 

5. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the correct size, colour, branding colour is chosen when placing order.

 

6. All products have a lead time, please enquire to receive a minimum lead time for your order.

7. Parcels are couriered on Mondays - Fridays, customer will receive a tracking no via e-mail or cell no .          Orders take 1 - 4 days to be delivered.

8. Candylicious L do not take responsibility for parcels lost, stolen or that is of any negligence that is out of our control once the Courier has collected the parcel .Customer is responsible to track their own parcel.


 

Agreement of sale

1.       An agreement of sale comes into effect once the purchase cycled has been completed and the full amount of the order placed,  including courier shipment fee has been paid via EFT  into the account of Candylicious and such an amount is confirmed to have been received by the issuing bank.

2.       Candylicious may remove such an item from the shopping basket if no stock is available.

3.       Candylicious reserves the right to cancel orders in part or in whole should the the circumstances dictate.


 

Delivery / courier door to door  and Exchange

1.  Gauteng Province  , Courier door to door home OR work address R50 to  R60 per parcel (depends on size)

2. All other Provinces , Courier door to door home OR work address R50 ,  R60 and  R100 per parcel (depends on size)

4. Due to the nature of the products, Candylicious Lingerie do not do exchanges. In the rare occasion that a product is faulty or damaged Candylicious Lingerie will do a exchange for the same product or exchange for a new product. . Courier shipment fee will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for the extra shipment fees.
